Rascal's Fun Zone Safety Measures
Due to the statewide mandate, face masks are required while visiting Rascal's Fun Zone, effective Monday July 27, 2020.
As previously mentioned, keeping everyone safe is one of our top priorities. To help protect the health of both our staff and guests, we are enacting a number of policies. First, social distancing is required for all staff and guests—you’ll see this with informative floor stickers situated six feet apart from one another. Each staff member that comes into work on any given day will have his or her temperature checked, and any staff with a fever will be asked to stay home. All staff will wear masks, and will be required to frequently wash their hands. Masks are recommended for our guests but not supplied. We will, however, provide gloves for any guests that wish to wear them.
While social distancing remains in effect, we are limiting the number of party slots as well as tables available for seating. We normally scheduled party start times in half-hour intervals, but we are now scheduling them in one-hour intervals. Parties will be given additional space from one another in the form of tables. Seating at these tables will be prohibited, and proper signage will further dissuade guests from using them. Tables will be sanitized after each event. Since party slots and tables are limited, we highly recommend you reserve your party as early as possible.
When it comes to disinfecting, hand-sanitizing stations will be situated throughout the park. Additionally, using a hospital-grade solution, staff will disinfect touch points on all go-karts, bumper cars, and blaster boats after every event. Golf clubs and balls will be sanitized after each game, while golf cups will be sanitized throughout the day. Dedicated staff will be continually disinfecting touch points on all games, and tokens will be disinfected as often as possible. For mini-bowling, we will hand out bowling balls as needed and sanitize them after every game.
Thank you to all our guests for your extreme patience and understanding. We hope you’ll visit us soon!
